    Rusks are described as lightly sweetened twice baked bread. The texture of the rusk is in between the hardness of a biscotti and a scone.
  • What is the best way to enjoy a rusk?
    We personally love to eat our rusks together with coffee or tea. By dipping the rusk in hot coffee or tea for a couple of seconds it creates the perfect level of crunch and flavor.
